Boron (Boron Glycinate)
Boron is a trace mineral most commonly supplemented as boron glycinate (boron chelated to glycine for enhanced absorption) and is primarily used to support testosterone optimization, bone density, and joint health. Research suggests it plays a significant role in modulating sex hormone metabolism, reducing SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin), and increasing free testosterone and estradiol levels. Mechanism of Action
